Base Armoring Specifications:
- Glass areas: Windshield, rear glass and side glass will be removed and replaced with bullet-resistant transparent armor multi-layer glass with polycarbonate inner layers to prevent spalling upon ballistic impact. Glass will be curved and contoured to retain the appearance of the original glass and provided from Isoclima or equivalent source. The glass will be tinted to match OEM tint unless otherwise specified. Operable Window on Front Driver Door up to 6-8” travel.
- Body: Doors, pillar posts, side panels, kick-panels, firewall, and headers (laterals) will be armored with Armormax® ballistic composite material equivalent material or ballistic steel in accordance with defined standard of defeat. Elitus® overlap system used throughout.
- Roof: Armored with Armormax® ballistic composite material in accordance with B6 standards level of protection at a 30 degree angle.
- Floor: Floor areas will be armored with multi-ply rigid ballistic fragmentation material combined with Armormax® PAC100 molded to form fit contours of floor boards and panels. Protection against single German DM51 or US M-67.
- Vehicle Structured Modifications: Reinforcement of pillar posts and hinges, high pressure heavy duty shocks, and upgrade of suspension to include HD torsion bars, polyurethane bushings.
Additional Features Included at No Extra Charge:
- Battery: Battery compartment will be armored
- Door Supports: Hardened plastic door risers installed on all doors to support closed doors at rest. Overextension straps will be installed to protect the hinges and support the weight of the armor.
- Fuel tank: Wrapped with Ballistic fragmentation blankets
- Electronic control Module: (ECM) protection.
- Exhaust System: Wire mesh tailpipe protection.
- Fuel System: Locking Fuel cap if available.
- Windows: Operable Front Driver’s window only up to 6-8” Travel

Payment: Required deposit of 50% armoring cost, Balance due upon completion and prior to shipment.
Testing: All ballistic materials are independently tested by H.P. White Laboratories in Street MD USA.
Delivery: approx. 30-45 working days from receipt of chassis and Deposit at IAC facility.
Freight: Price is Ex-works: Ogden, Utah USA.
Warranty: International Armoring Corporation will extend a 24 months warranty on its armor up-fitting.
Inspection: We welcome inspections of the facilities or work in progress is welcome, prior to, during or upon completion of the contract.
